Wetsuits are not necessarily the best (can be difficult if they need to go for a quick wee).\u0026nbsp;Synthetic materials are better than cotton. Thin fleeces are great (the ones that come out of the wash almost dry).\u0026nbsp;They should also wear a lightweight waterproof top.\u0026nbsp;No jeans, thick jumpers or thick coats please, as they are difficult to swim in if they capsize. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey need to have footwear\u0026nbsp;that cover the toes and heal, and which will not come off if they do have a swim. Flip-flops and crocs are not suitable. Old school pumps are fine, but please avoid bulky trainers.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf they need to wear glasses, please ensure that they have a piece of string or similar to ensure that they don’t get lost if they do have a swim.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey should bring a towel and a complete change of clothes for afterwards. We have changing rooms and showers for them to get warm at the end of the session.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat are the timings?\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease arrive promptly for 9:30, so that they can get changed and get kitted out as quickly as possible. We aim to be on the water from 10:00 to 12:00. Once they are off the water, they will need to help put the equipment away and changed. We should be finished by about 12:30. \u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat is the cost?\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePayment must be made in advance of the first session, and refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and minus our processing fees.
